The Promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, UnionPay and Diners Club) and BDO-issued American Express® Cards. Corporate Cards, Distribution Cards and Purchasing Cards are excluded from the Promo.

The Promo will run from February 15 to April 15, 2022 in all Yupangco Music, Yamaha Music, Perfect Pitch, Yup! Muzic stores, and at www.yupangco.com*.

Buy Now, Pay Later at 0% interest:

The monthly installment due on Buy Now, Pay Later transaction will be billed to the Cardholder on the next statement cycle after the transaction date.

Payment is due 25 days after the statement cut-off.

The free item is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).

To redeem the free item, the following guidelines shall apply:

IN-STORE PURCHASE
BDO Credit Cardholder must present the original customer's copy of the BDO installment transaction charge slip and the qualified sales invoice at the store's payment counter from February 15 to June 14, 2022.

ONLINE PURCHASE
BDO Credit Cardholder shall receive the free item together with the purchased product(s) upon delivery.

BDO Credit Cardholder must present one (1) valid ID.

Cardholders with lost/stolen or faded/unreadable BDO installment charge slip will not be allowed to redeem. BDO, Yamaha Music and Pitch Perfect are not obliged to recognize or replace lost or faded charge slip(s) for purposes of item(s) redemption.

Redemption of free item from split transactions is not allowed.

Availment of the Buy Now, Pay Later shall be subject to bank approval.

The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with the store's other promotional offers, in-store sale or discounts, privileges and VIP cards, and shall be subject to the existing store's terms and conditions. 

The entire Buy Now, Pay Later transaction amount shall be deducted from the Cardholder's available credit limit.

BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the Buy Now, Pay Later transactions, provided that the Cardholder's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Buy Now, Pay Later Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardholder's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Buy Now, Pay Later Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.

In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to BDO Credit Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.
