TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Promo Sales Campaign shall cover customer purchases of Musical Instruments and Professional / Commercial Audio Equipment from MAIN OFFICE SHOWROOM, YAMAHA MUSIC STORE, and PERFECT PITCH STORES nationwide based on Ultimate Christmas Blowout 2023 Special Offers Price List from December 1- 31, 2023. For other products not included in the Special Offers List, the following discount is offered:

• FIXED DISCOUNTED PRICES are offered on CASH and CREDIT CARD PURCHASES on ALL models of Yamaha and Yupangco Upright and Grand Pianos, select Yamaha Clavinovas, as well as Roland Digital Grand Pianos based on the Special Piano Price List. Contact your preferred Yupangco Music Store for a quotation.

• Prices are FOB Manila and Freight costs, delivery charges and / or shipment costs outside of Metro Manila shall be added from the Retail (Manila) price for all products.

• All Product Accessories: NO DISCOUNT, either in Cash or Credit Card payment.

Gift Items & Freebies

Customer purchases during the Ultimate Christmas Blowout are given the below Premium Items. Gift Item/s cannot be converted to cash or cash discount nor can it be exchanged for other items.

• Get One (1) unit FREE V-MODA HEXAMOVE LITE WIRELESS EARBUDS for every minimum net transaction of P50,000 (excluding purchases from Yamaha Music SMN).

• The Free V-MODA HEXAMOVE LITE WIRELESS EARBUDS are available in three colors: black, red, and sand white. Stock varies per color and is offered until supplies last.

• Get One (1) piece FREE YUPANGCO MUSIC FUNKY TAGLINE T-SHIRT, in either Navy Blue or Black, for all HARDWARE purchases, no minimum amount required. Strictly maximum of One (1) piece of t-shirt per transaction and maximum of two (2) pieces per customer may be given. Offered until supplies last.

• Yupangco Music Funky Tagline Tee cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other T-shirt premiums/freebies. Customer may opt to choose between either t-shirt options.

Substitutions:

• One (1) unit of Yamaha C40/M will be given as Premium Item in place of the V-MODA Hexamove Lite Wireless Earbuds for all sales transactions made at Yamaha Music SM North EDSA. Applicable on all Yamaha MI / Pro-Audio and other products with a minimum purchase amount of P50,000.

Exclusions:

• Purchases based on the “Gear Up: Past Collections” discount are no longer entitled to the Free V-MODA HexaMove Lite Wireless Earbuds.

• Purchases based on the Special Piano Price List are no longer entitled to the Free V-MODA HexaMove Lite Wireless Earbuds unless stated.

Deadline for Redemption

For Cash purchases of products with a minimum deposit of Ten Percent (10%), redemption and settlement of the remaining balance will be seven (7) days from the last day of the promo or on or before January 7, 2024. For Credit Card Purchases, redemption period will be until December 31, 2023 only.
